Rhein KippenCigarette butts or stubs have been carelessly flicked or thrown away and stamped upon ever since smoking began. Unfortunately, there is no "away". It is always "here" too. The German word Kippen can mean to tilt, tip or dump as well as the stub or the fag itself. Rhein-Kippen is a project designed to clean up after other people's disgusting habits.
