KÖ CENTER

Opened to the public in the late 1960s, the Kö-Center was the first shopping mall to be created in Düsseldorf. Situated on the Königsallee, it was built using the contemporary angular design of the era, some still visible today. The pedestrianised space immediately became popular with locals and visitors from across the greater region. Elements of expansive glass and metal framework have transitioned to elegant, modern store frontages. Architectural harmony has thus been honoured to match its quality fashion brands.
